What's the difference between Exchange and POP3/IMAP?
Basic email (POP3/IMAP) gives you 20 email accounts and 20GB of shared storage on your own domain, for one flat price. Microsoft 365 runs on Exchange: full business mailboxes with 50GB each, shared calendars and contacts, Teams and the Office apps, priced per mailbox.
Can I add mailboxes for new staff later?
Yes. Basic email includes 20 accounts, so you can add new staff any time. Microsoft 365 is priced per mailbox, so you add only what you need.
Do you filter spam and viruses?

Do I need a domain first?
